    Executive

The floor

What every pass is, before any of it is a ladder.

None of that is a tier. It is the event.

  • Both days at the Louvre Abu Dhabi — December 3 and 4, 2026.

  • Every stage and every track, with no session ticketed separately.

  • Lunch and refreshments on site, both days.

  • The full session library afterwards, indexed and searchable.

The Long Table

The evening of December 2 — the night before the doors open.
Off site. The address goes to the guests and to nobody else.

Thirty people who would otherwise have met each other in a corridor.

One long table, no stage, no lanyards and no phones on it. The room is assembled by the host committee around what is genuinely on the agenda that year — not around who spent the most.

  • One table. Thirty seats.
  • No programme, no panel, no moderator.
  • Chatham House. Nothing said there is reported.
  • Transfer from your hotel and back.

No pass includes it and no price buys it. Invitations go out in October.

Before you ask

Can I buy a pass today?
No. Nothing on this page can be bought yet, and there is no checkout behind any link on it. The tiers below are the shape of what is coming; inclusions and allocations can still change before anything opens.
How many people will be there?
Two thousand, across every tier. That has been a hard cap at every edition since 2023, and it is the reason the ladder exists at all.
What currency, and does it include tax?
Prices will be published in AED and quoted exclusive of 5% UAE VAT, which is added at checkout.
Can a pass be transferred?
Passes are personal and named. The transfer and refund terms will be published with the on-sale, before anyone is asked for money.
What do I need at the door?
Photo identification matching the name on the pass. Entry visa guidance for the edition will follow closer to the date.
Can I buy my way to The Long Table?
No. It is not a pass, it is not an upgrade, and it is not for sale at any tier. Invitations are extended by the host committee.
